  • 1- 13g Trash bag filled with clothes is roughly 15lbs.

  • Most orders are returned within 24-48 hours. Need it sooner? Contact us, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

  • We use quality laundry products to ensure your clothes come back fresh and clean. If you have sensitive skin or prefer a specific detergent, let us know when scheduling your pickup, and we’ll do our best your request.

  • Every customer’s laundry is always washed separately from other customer’s laundry. Within your order, we sort and wash items based on color, fabric care, and load size. If you’d like lights, darks, whites, delicates, or other items washed in separate loads regardless of quantity we’re happy to accommodate your request.

    Separate-load requests are available for an additional fee of $5.00 per extra load.

  • Yes! We wash most household linens and bedding. Oversized or specialty items may require additional pricing.

  • Nope! We’ll take care of the sorting for you.

  • Please let us know before pickup. We’ll follow the care instructions on the garment labels whenever possible.

  • We’ll do our best to remove stains, but we can’t guarantee complete stain removal. Please point out any stains when scheduling your pickup.

  • Payment is due before or at the time of delivery. We accept PayPal, Zelle, Cashapp, Apple Pay, Venmo.

  • Absolutely! We value our repeat customers and offer special pricing for recurring laundry services. Whether you need weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly pickup and delivery, we’ll work with you to find the best option or your needs.

  • Pickup and delivery are included within our standard service area when purchasing the “Pickup & Delivery Service”.

    For addresses outside our standard service area an additional $10.00 extended travel fee may apply. We’ll always let you know before confirming your pickup, so there are never any surprise fees.

  • Simple fill out the form on the website or send us a message through Facebook or Instagram, and we’ll be happy to help! We respond to all messages during regular business hours and will get your pickup scheduled as quickly as possible.
